Please can someone give me advice as I am New.
Message from my buyer is as follows,
Hi the eyelashes arrived but as I was putting them on i saw the bands were broken and as soon as I took it out they eyelashes literally fell off into my carpet and as my carpet is fluffy and black i couldn’t find any of the eyelash hairs i do not want my money to go to waste i need a refund asap
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

It’s a shame that your buyer does not feel any responsibility for her own actions and wants someone else to pay for her own mistake. I would advise you to politely respond and offer her to return them for a refund.

I just refunded
How ever I have to refund a lot on INR even when I send Hermes
