Dear Sir/Madam,

After about 3 monthes,i got HRMC email as below:

Thank you for your email dated on 14 June 2023 regarding your VAT application.

We have reviewed the new information you have provided. Unfortunately, your application has been rejected as we have not been satisfied with the evidence you have provided with your application.

If you would still like to register for VAT, please submit another application with all the relevant evidence required.

Please do not send any further correspondence about this application as this email will be reissued.

BUT in fact,i supply all true information, including order ,FBA screenshot of our account. and for the true information,i shipped large quantity products to UK amazon warehouse.but now they just said “not satisfied” then rejected?!

and our account blocked,i can’t see my storage. So how i can get the VAT noramlly?if not,how i can get my storage from amazon warehouse? I can’t lose much money ,because i have babies to feed.I am very hard. Please help!

Are you registered as a business ?

You’ll need to find a UK returns centre who can ship it back to you

So you shipped your goods to UK FBA before you were VAT registered ?

Sorry to hear this but although sympathetic, the fault was yours. You should not have sent in anything before getting your vat registration sorted.

Not much anyone can do to help unless you post all the information you sent to HRMC but you shouldn’t really as this is a public forum that anyone can see.

Are you a company, a sole trader, partnership? Where are you based? What address are you using for registration? What information has HMRC asked for? What did you send?

If you write back without giving personal information, someone may be able to point you in the right direction.

Have you talked to an accountant/VAT agent? If you are unable to supply the correct information to process a VAT registration then it might be time to employ a professional?
