Help With Error Code 20005
Hello, I’m trying to create my first product on Amazon, having purchased a Barcode/GTIN etc, followed all the steps I’m now greeted with Error 20005 - I can’t figure out why I’m getting this error and what to do to fix it? Can anybody help? Thanks

A quick google suggests an image error, but you say you purchased a barcode. Did you get it from GSK1 as this is the only place Amazon will accept them from.

Did you take the images yourself? Is the product your own with the GSK1 barcode stating it’s yours? Thoughts come to is it an image of the same product somewhere else on the internet. Is there a similar SKU or has someone else used your barcode for a different product (I had that happen to me once and I’d only just generated the barcode so someone else had made up their own barcode.)
