How can a product not be found for a valid products id

Basically, I tried to add a new product to sell on Amazon however, I was told the products id is valid (Product ID: ****** is valid) but no product can be found (We could not find any products for: ******) unfortunately. Therefore, its proving difficult to create a new ASIN as the registered ASIN image doesn’t match my product. I sincerely will appreciate if anyone can be of help please.

Is it a item already been sold on amazon?
If not a new catalogue entry will need to be created

For this particular item, the answer is No, never been sold on Amazon. However, the manufacturer has other items on Amazon which has similar similar product id. But I will like to add my Product on
