How do I contact a REAL person at Amazon

I have a few listings that have become inactive for no apparent reason. I have used the checking tool provided and it tells me that all is OK, so I press the “contact seller support” button and it just keeps taking me back to where I started. It’s been a while since I have opened a case with Amazon but they now don’t seem to want any human contact. Can anyone tell me how to do this now?

  1. Open this link from Seller Central - https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/cu/contact-us
  2. Click ‘Selling on Amazon’
  3. On the ‘Quick Actions’ sidebar select ‘My issue isn’t listed: contact support’
  4. You can now create a new case by selecting the appropriate catagory

Not for email , for sure. just robots, by phone for now is the best way to do that
