How do I fix my stranded inventory?

I created a removal order for my 90 stranded inventory and for some odd reason some of my units have gone missing and Amazon keeps sending my units one by one instead of altogether. Can’t find any tools or options to control this mess.

They are probably sending them one by one as they will have been shipped off to various fba warehouses around the country

As per above, removal orders are generally sent either individually or in small quantities - that’s just how it works given your inventory is spread across the country. Losses do happen, but you may need to wait for the disposal order to complete before asking for reimbursement so you know where you stand.
