How should I handle this return
Hi
Yesterday, buyer orders item and pays extra £4 for Next day.
delivered today but I see today a return has been opened, with reason, better price available, auto authorized, stating Label required.
I thought the buyer would be liable for this return but it doesn’t allow me to provide an address label. i can only upload a prepaid postage label.
Who should pay for this label? do i refund the £4 extra for the next day shipping as well?

You don’t have to refund the extra for the shipping.
It was the buyers choice, to get it quicker.
The buyer will have to pay for the label, but as the system has changed, you simply deduct it from the refund, when the item is actually returned.
However, you might want to make the buyer aware of this, as it may stop them from completing the return. Be aware, that it may also cause bad feedback.
