This is impossible.. we ship 100% of orders through amazon buy shipping, thus it is impossible for VTR to suddenly drop and get a threatening email in the AM... i am actually quite sick of waking up to a new threat from Amazon over some nonsense like this...
is this sabotage for being critical of amazon in the forums?

We noticed that your seller account has been flagged as having a Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) below the 95% requirement. Sellers must provide valid tracking numbers for at least 95% of their packages in all categories to avoid suspension of their selling privileges in that category.
You are in time to get this fixed! We recommend that you look at your untracked shipments to understand and improve your score. If your Valid Tracking Rate is not improved, we may no longer allow you to sell merchant-fulfilled items under the categories with a VTR rate below 95%. All major delivery partners provide tracking numbers for free. You can also purchase postage through Amazon’s Buy Shipping service, which automatically confirms shipments and provides tracking for all packages.
