Hello,
We have had an order placed with ourselves, but it is an Amazon EU SARL order.
Sadly, the item is now out of stock and we need to cancel the order, however, there is no way to cancel the order or contact the actual buyer.
Can anyone advise how we cancel this order via Amazon?
Thanks,

I’m guessing that is an Amazon Global order. That is Amazon buying it from you to supply one of their customers.
I don’t know why the cancellation would be any different, but as it is Amazon direct then I’m guessing that going out of stock will probably result in some form of penalty - possibly eligibility for the product to be fulfilled/sold in such a way.
Probably the best option is to do that sadly, we will see how it goes,
Thanks for your all your help though! Much appreciated.
You could try and source the product from another supplier ?
I have had two of these orders this week, and it’s not just getting on nerves as I feel under pressure to prove something to them. Not that they care.
I can confirm this was Amazon latest reply regarding the matter;
"Upon checking, I regret to inform you that sellers will not be able to communicate directly with the end-Buyers under Amazon Business EU SARL (ABEU), except if a Buyer has a product-related question. In case of any issues, the buyer will contact Amazon customer service.
We apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you and your business.
As for cancelling the order, I have found that you do not have the cancel option as the order is already tagged as shipped. It’s either you fulfil the order with the same item that was ordered or wait for the buyer to raise this concern with our Amazon customer service that they have not received the unit past the promise delivery date."
Why would you mark it as shipped if you didn’t have the stock?
