How to change a product title in DE

Getting Amazon to change the title on a listing you didn’t create is very difficult. I worked on a freelance basis for a UK-based HiFi company a couple of years back; they wanted me to optimise the listings for their products, which have multiple sellers (basically their dealers) offering them - the listing quality was terrible, and so I cretaed revised new titles and keyword strings. I opened Customer Services cases and tried to get them changed but Amazon didn’t change a single one. This was very frustrating as you can imagine, because I couldn’t complete the work I was being paid to do, and I knew loads of relevant keywords were absent. In the end, the basic problem was that one of the dealers - nobody knows which one - created the original listing and only they can change it. Given the fact I was working for the manufacturer you’d think it would be different but nah, this is Amazon we’re talking about!
