How to change business address (settings does not seem to work)

Hi.
I am a new seller going through verification.
I have entered in the wrong business address and I can no longer change it.
When I go to Setting -> Account info -> Business and Contact Information, all of the address settings are frayed out and I am unable to edit anything.

When I go through the Start wizard mode, it says that my address is pending verification.
But it’s the wrong address!!!

Can someone please help I have been trying to verify my account for almost 2 weeks now
