I have been talking to amazon seller hub central last one month on a single case. They are purposefully not helping me and they have removed the option to reach them via phone so the calling option is not displayed to my account anymore. Talking to them only through email. My inventory has 1000£ worth of item( 3 items in total) with FBA team and I managed to recall 1 item back to my address (coz they are not resolving my case last one month) but the problem now is, they are not displaying 2 more remaining items in inventory and says my listing expired and asking me to update the sales ending date.
I am completely ripped off by the seller support team. They are not able to deliver the order from FBA and I have lost my orders also because of the poor support on my case. they didn’t deliver the item from godown and the deadline to deliver the item was expired too.
If this is related to the issue in your other post then help was offered but you didn’t post again. It was hard to understand the exact nature of the issue.
