How to create removal order if the ASIN is already deleted
Dear Amazon seller,
We are encountering problems related to a deleted listings which we can’t create removal order. This happens when we had an account health issues and we immediately deleted the listing but sad to note that we had an incoming stocks which are already on a “receiving” status that time. Because the ASIN was already deleted, we cannot find the items on neither the stranded nor unfulfillable. When we downloaded the reserve inventory report, the items are found there but when we try to check it via online the stocks can’t be found. Is there someone who encounters this issue or any idea how to resolve this. We can’t create the listing because the ASIN was already restricted due to account health issues. Kindly help us please. Thank you.

If the stock is not showing in stranded inventory then Amazon are not allowing you to remove the stock currently.
Is the reason for removal down to an authenticity issue? If so you will need to provide invoices/LOA in order to get the listing reinstated or get the rights owner to retract the complaint.
At some point you will probably get an email telling you the stock will be destroyed unless you can prove a valid supply chain/authenticity of the item. You will then be given 30 days to confirm (to Amazon’s satisfaction) that the stock is authentic before it is destroyed (at your cost)
