How to flag incorrect items in category?

I really feel a bit apprehensive about asking this, but is there a way to flag incorrect items to Amazon?

I operate in a very “niche market”, and I have some select items (special UV lamps for reptiles for instance) where the category is completely cluttered with telephone casings, fidget spinners, and other assorted “stuff”

Obviously I have no objection to other people selling on Amazon, but it would make selling our special products so much “easier” (for both the customer and me and my competition in this market) if we could clear out the items that don’t belong in the category…
