How to issue VAT receipt?

This is probably a very easy problem to rectify but I have no idea how to issue a VAT receipt for a customers order, its been almost 24 hours an amazon haven’t got back to me and I don’t wish to leave the customer waiting much longer for the information they have requested.

Any help would be greatly received as I know I have a duty to supply a VAT receipt if customer requests.
