How to reactivate or close down my account? HELP
Can anyone help me?
Last month Amazon unexpectedly deactivated my Account on German market due the VAT issue ( I exceeded the sale limit). I am now obliged to create VAT in Germany and it takes 2 months so I came to conclusion that I will open new account and I will use my wife’s company to become reseller of my product. Unfortunately right after clicking submit button in registration process both new and old accounts has been deactivated. The nightmare has started.
I found in setting they want from me prove of identification. I used the form and uploaded my ID – which is EU standard (I am from Poland). Surprisingly I could have not even submitted it as it was concerned as “document invalid”. The only way to communicate with Amazon is to use “Reactivate my account” form which I used 100 times. Initially they responeded my by automatic message with no concrete advise and not there is no response at all. They only change the status of message from “pending” to “answered”.
What is more I decided to close down that account to avoid the monthly fee which are charged in despite my account is off. Unfortunately after clicking “close down my account” link I am redirected to well known “reactivate my account”. It is beyond my imagination how such firm as Amazon can treat their customers. For me it is robbery! Can anyone knows how to at least close down that account when there is no chance to communicate with Amazon?

It is interesting that you would accuse Amazon of robbery with what you were attempting to do.
