How to rectify incorrectly set up product by another seller?
Hello,
We are the brand owner of a range of products. Another seller has set up some of our products before us, but on certain lines, has either used the wrong name/description, or, the wrong images.
I have tried to do this by Edit Listing but it doesn’t always work. How do we therefore change the images or name/description for a product set up incorrectly by another Amazon Seller?

Hello,
Just report the product, go through the help process and make a ticket. I forget where exactly, but if a product is different than pictured or inaccurate information you can report directly to Amazon with proof of the differences and they will then correct it. I did it to a product I am not the listing owner of before.

All you need to do is click
Help>Get Support>Selling on Amazon>Describe Your Issue (Type update product)>Continue> Select the Radio Button ( Fix Product page)>Continue>Select the changes required.
