How to Set Convert to FBA in Flat File?

Is there a way to set my flat files to automatically list new product listings as FBA instead of having to do this manually after they’ve been added to my inventory?

Yes!

In your Template file set the quantity field as blank.
Set the Fulfillment Centre ID field to AMAZON_EU
Complete the ‘Is this product a battery or does it utilise batteries?’ field with the appropriate value
Complete the ‘Applicable Dangerous Goods Regulations’ field with the appropriate value
