@Demel That’s wrong. To use PAN EU you have to be VAT compliant in all 6 countries where the stock will be stored.

EFN is a different thing and not what OP was asking.

firstly you need an EU EORI number and VAT registration in every country you wish to send stock to - do you have those ?

@Wheels_N_Bits1

Are you VAT registered in France, Germany, Poland, Spain, France and Czech Republic? You can’t use PAN EU unless you are VAT registerd in all six of those countries.

You certainly should not have sent stock to France unless you are VAT reg there.

…and make sure you have PAN EU disabled. You cannot use it until you have all 6 countries VAT reg. You seem to have forgotten Poland and Czech Republic.

Which accountancy firm are you using to do your EU VAT returns?

It’s not Amazon’s fault, it’s EU law!

You must be VAT reg in France, Germany, Poland, Spain, France and Czech Republic. To use PAN EU.

You also need to be filing returns in all the countries as required. Most are monthly.

You didn’t answer my question. Who is your EU VAT accountancy firm?

You need DE, FR, ES and DE … but you need to be VAT reg in CZ and PL as well because Amazon will store stock there. I’m reading it right now and you won’t get the benefits of lower PAN EU fulfilment without all of them.

EFN is a lot more expensive.

paneu

Here’s a product that we only sell in the UK. To enrol in the programme (and get PAN EU cheaper fulfilment) I have to enrol in IT, FR, DE & ES.

Here’s a product that is fully enrolled in PAN EU. We are VAT reg in all 6 necessary countries. We are not VAT registered in SE or NL but they still get the benefits of a cheaper rate than EFN.

We have been PAN EU for 6 years.

It was worth it 6 years ago. I wouldn’t do it now under Brexit conditions.

It’s a lot more expensive and difficult to get stock into the EU. A lot more paperwork too.

If I wasn’t already set up, I wouldn’t do it now. It just takes a lot of money, time and effort to go PAN EU in the first place. I didn’t want to give up on it.
