How to unlock coin collecting category?

Hello,
I am trying to list some coins to list on amazon but the coin collecting section seems to be locked.
I have tried to search for the same product that may be available on amazon but to no avail.
So, I am trying to list it as a product not available on amazon but the category section is locked.
Can someone please tell me the procedures needed to unlock this category?
Any advice will be helpful.
