How to update GTIN
We added 2 products to Amazon and the GTIN’s were mixed up. We have being trying for the last 13 days to get the GTIN’s updated in the Amazon catalogue but are not having any luck with seller support.
We have tried deleting the listings and re-listing via bulk upload (as advised by Amazon) but we get GTIN conflicts. Error code 8542 Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hello
Error 8542 you getting, this means that there was an error in the field matching step. This happens especially when the EAN code (European Article Number) of your product already exists within Amazon but the other information present in your catalog (e.g. title, brand, color, …) does not match the data already collected by the marketplace.
Try and correct the information at GS1 for the product you trying to list, Ensure every single piece of information you enter at GS1 must match when your listing your product IE: Title, Brand and Other relevant information.
Also try and list your products manually this will be more easier as far as i am concerned.
