How to withdraw money?

Hi, I’m trying to withdraw money from my seller account for 3 weeks already. I went to Reports - Payments - Funds Available - Request Payment - Request Disbursement - Successfully initiated amount transfer.

But then on the account summary page, it’s saying “Transfer of £****** scheduled to initiate on 30/03/2022*”.

It’s changing every week. It was saying before "scheduled on 14/03/2022, 16/03/2022, 20/02/2022/ now it’s 30/03/2022 and it’s just moving and moving away… What’s happening?

From my understanding, 4 reasons can be possible -

  1. Check your chargeback method is approved. - Settings > Payment Information > Charge Method
  2. Check your bank account is verified. - Settings > Payment Information > Bank Account Information
  3. Account Verification is done or not. - Settings > Business Information > Identity Information
  4. Not Enough funds at the time of withdrawals.

If all above is correct in your account, then call seller support and ask them. Seller support can or can’t have an answer for your account. Then to clarify more open case with subject disbursement issues and explain them. Then see what is reply.

Click into your balance (Should be at the top of your dashboard). It’ll then tell you what funds are available now (can be withdrawn) and what’s available at settlement end (sales that have not been fulfilled yet).

From the “available now” funs, you should be able to request a manual withdrawal.

Amazon will automatically payout all cleared funds every two weeks (hence the date changing when you are looking at the reporting). If you wish to withdraw manually before the scheduled payout, the above should work.

It’s saying now

" scheduled to initiate on 02/04/2022*"

just 30min ago it was saying

" scheduled to initiate on 30/03/2022*

a week ago it was saying

"scheduled to initiate on 24/03/2022 *"

The payment date is just moving forward again and again & I never receive the money… Even when I click on Request payment.

They’re generally a bit shy giving you your money anyway. Even when the send it it seems to take the full 5 days of their ‘estimated’ 3-5 days. Even though in the real world it takes 3-5 seconds… Amazon…
