I can't register my own name because of special Character (ș)!
Hi,
As all new sellers, i gave my utility bill, etc. and they said 'Your first & last name is not the same as you registered). So I checked, and that’s correct. (I forgot to put the ü and ș, I did: u and s.) When I want to change it now, I get this message: (See photo please).
I can’t believe i am the only one that has a comma under his s? It’s unbelievable. I made a case and told them, the only thing i received back is an email from a BOT? I cant it and i literally don’t know what to do right now!
I hope someone can help me because I am clueless…

I recently had to jump through some hoops to re-submit verifcation documents they already had. On the page where you submit these, there should be links to contact seller performance if you’re having problems and I was able to request a call-back…it was almost instant!
