No, illegal and definitely not to be attempted.
All electrical products for the UK market must have a 3 pin plug.not a universal socket.

It is illegal to supply a product with an adapter, all products must conform to BS 1363 system of plugs and sockets, as enforced by the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.

can you post up a picture of the plug.
there are some power supplies for small electrical items that have a plate that snaps on to localise the plug to the local market.
but it has to conform to all the electrical safety standards
