Identity information link not working

I am a new seller - hello! Having an issue though - in “Seller account information”, it is saying “You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.” because of missing Identity Information, however, on clicking to the link to update “Identity Information” (which is https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/sw/SSR/KYCInfo/spaDashboard) I get an error “We’re sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site”.

This occurs regardless of cookies/cache (tried in incognito window) and logging out/in and refreshing browser does not help. Any ideas what I can do next?

Same error over here, my error was started from Jan 2021 and still not resolved… any chance we could draw Amazon’s attention and reply to us in this post?

I’m not even sure how you manage to even find a phone number to call!
This is ridiculous, I’m even paying for the privilege of not being able to sell on Amazon. If this does not get sorted by the end of the month, we will sell on eBay instead and come back in a year’s time when the bugs are hopefully fixed.

On tuesday the button worked for me. I updated my legal entity and today i got my account back. Hopefully yours is working as well now

Do not attempt to mention “referred/ transfer your case to Verification team” during your case. They might immediately marked your cased as transferred and closed your case, which happened to one of my case.
They even transfer my case to Payment Team which is not the correct respondent.

I just checked and the link now works, however the page it takes me to has no inputs just a message saying:

Additional information is required to complete your account registration

Please provide the information requested and also check for any emails sent by us on what is needed to complete the registration process.

And a faded out button:

Submit for verification

What do I do with this?!? No emails have been sent to me!
