Identity verification via video call link

I have been trying for almost two months to activate my Uk seller account - I have completed all of the steps involving information submission (credit card, bank details, identity, etc.) and the only step I have left to reactivate my account is to follow a link to verify my identity via video call - the link I have been given is https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/inpvMeeting/appointment/global?mons_sel_locale=en_US - THIS LINK DOES NOT WORK. (Furthermore, looking on google this link doesn’t work for many people and is a common source of frustration for new sellers.)i have tried to open a case but its saying I am in the wrong channel to submit an appeal and to submit additional information in my performance which is to submit the call. Could anyone help me please? Its so frustrating as I cant find a place in my seller central account to ask for help. Thank you in advance
