We had a few sales on this ASIN priced at X. Once our first batch of stock cleared and we ordered in the second lot, I have changed the price to X + 12%. Other sellers have a price up to 10-15% higher still to this date on this listing (this was 3 weeks ago, those sellers and offers are still active).
Amazon has taken down the lisitng the following date with a strike, quoting the pricing error, and restricting us. They are asking for invoice showing the purchase of these goods, with contact information of the supplier (I don't understand how or why, but we provided this).
All I get is a german email from amazon.de saying there's not enough information, and my account cannot be reactivated (but my account is not inactive, it's a single listing that ia affected, and the price is well within what other sellers listing it at - which I've even lowered back to the original price X once I received the initial email that suspended the listing)
I'm not sure what the issue is, let alone the resolution, all I seem to get is an automated email in german. I have Appealed twice, sent the invoice that contains all the information.
I don't feel like we've done anything wrong, but even so I reduced the price back down, and nothing seems to solve this issue to be able to reactivate this item, which is a staple ASIN for our business here on Amazon. Please can someone advise what's the best course of action, I'm losing my sanity here?
Thank you
