Incorrectly addressed. Returned to sender
We sent out an order last week to a customer, who has re-ordered the same item today. I checked the order status of the first order, and the tracking history is showing as ‘Incorrectly addressed. Returned to sender’ - so the item is on its way back to our return address (we will refund customer when the item is received)
Both the first and second order have the same address.
I’ve contacted the customer asking them to confirm if the address is correct - but no reply yet, but my concern is I’m due to ship the item tomorrow, and if I don’t ship it Amazon will mark our account down on the Late Dispatch Rate performance.

Have you checked/googled the address. Couriers returning for incorrect addresses is usually that the address doesn’t exist at all, not that it is the wrong house.
