Inventory disposal

hey guys, I am selling from Germany in UK, I had almost 320 units of different products, as my account was deactivated because of my VAT number for UK, they have disposed all my inventory, when I contact Amazon their response is so childish they send automatic replies and write that inventory disposal occurs when your credit card has a problem, is the same issue happened to any body? how can I apply for reimbursement? am I eligible for it?
