Inventory item that I did not add!
I have just noticed an item on my inventory that I did not add. All my items are FBA. I have never even seen the item in question before… it also happens to be showing as added on 02/02/19. I cleaned out my inventory list last week, and it was not there… it is showing I have 3 of these items available.
Has this happened to anyone else before? What should I do?

Zero them, change password on account and check all items listed in case you have been hacked

It is possible that you listed the item and later, another seller completely changed the product page to advertise a different product.
This is happening to me all the time.

As @Kika said, in all likelihood another seller has altered a genuine listing you were listing against.
Go into the listing and check for discrepancies and check the actual offer on Amazon - especially reviews - and see if it relates to a completely different item. You’ll have to flag the listing to SS to revert it to it’s previous condition if so.

If you download your inventory regularly, you could compare the current spreadsheet with the last one to pick up the differences?
