Invoice defect rate

Hello everyone, new seller here. hope i can find some answers on what to do for my invoice defect rate. what will i do with this please.

You are required to upload a receipt / invoice for all business buyers as well as any buyer that requests one. That must be done within 24hrs.

Amazon’s help page explains in more detail as well as gives you a couple of options for automating the process.
