Is the ACOS figure displayed in seller central inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

Its not clear whether the ACOS shown in seller central includes VAT. We’re running display and sponsored product ads in the UK only. Would appreciate some clarity on this. Thanks,

ACoS is a metric shown in percentage, how do you suppose that it includes VAT?

Anyway, once Amazon will issue the invoice for all the Advertising costs, that invoice will be no vat invoice. However, if applicable, you will receive the VAT invoice by email.
