Issues with requesting approval, TOYS and GAMES

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help clear something up for me. We have been trying to get approval top sell in toys and games category for our product for a while now and it has been nothing less than frustrating. We have provided images of the packaging repeatedly that clearly do show Business name and our address but just receive the same copy and paste response every time.

Product Packaging Picture:

– The images provided do not meet the EU labelling guidelines, which state that the label must contain the business name and address of the manufacturer. Please provide product images that meet this requirement.

Obviously we are getting our product made in china but we are private label with the product so we are the manufacturer right? Or do we need to put the address of the factory in china?

If anybody could give some insight into what we are doing wrong that would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure if you can make out in this picture but this is what we are using to display company name and address.
