Issues with sponsored ads interface


Is anyone else getting a lot of issues with the sponsored ads interface?

The main issue is data not showing for campaigns. Instead “data not available” will display.

Sometimes when I refresh or reenter the campaign the data will appear but other times the browser just returns a white page with the notice “access to frequently” on the top left.

I have a lot of campaigns running, I have a lot of work to do and ongoing optimising and this is really slowing me down!


Hey, I have the problem. But have not found a solution until now.

Maybe check if you have Chrome extension which blocks some scripts, e.g. an Adblocker.

Amazon customer support also recommended me to use Firefox instead of Chrome, bc Amazon Ads is optmized for Firefox.

If you have found a new solution please let me know!
