Keep it MFN or send back into FBA
i would like to hear some thoughts from people more experienced with Amazon workings. thanks in advance.
Amazon has opened some SKU’s for replenishment for us like they have done for others. not all of them are out of stock and still show delivery dates after 28th of April. my questions are
- MFN is getting the buy box since amazon changed the algorithms. Is it even worth sending stock into FBA?
- Does anybody know if we do send it in and are part of Pan EU, if stock is still being moved across borders?
- the metrics on stock availability is taking a hit. has Amazon mentioned anywhere that it would not affect storage limits moving on in the future?
we are in a dilemma on whether to continue selling MFN till this all tides over or start sending stock back into FBA and get stuck again with low sales till end of April

Until the late delivery date changes back to normal I’m sending no stock to FBA,theres no point as my FBA sales have dropped to zero.

Yep FBA sellers in a difficult position right now. Send stock in and have it sat there not selling for a long period or take a hit on the in stock metrics and potentially lose sales in the long term?
Would be much happier if Amazon were to freeze the stock metrics and suspend all storage fees. As a Small and Light seller I’m also concerned about the fact that if you don’t sell at least 10 a month of an SKU they request you remove it from the programme and you have to pay to get the remaining stock sent back to you.
Feel like we have been boxed into a corner somewhat.

when did the 30 day shipping time kick in for prime? so shocking we FBA & seller ship. why are we not winning the buy button when we ship faster? have to out bid FBA
