KYC verification - can't use bottom "submit for verification"
I got kyc verification during my EU account, I have uploaded every request documents that Amazon requested but I can’t use bottom “submit for verification”.
I have emailed to Amazon team many times but they always ask me to waiting, but in the pasted 30days still no one contacted me to solve this issue.
I just want to check if anyone have same issue with me before, or is there any way to contact Amazon team to solve this issue, the account manage in China didn’t help much, so I only can find someone help here.

I have the same problem,
they ask for some documents to verify the account and I have no chance to upload them the system does not allow “upload button disappearing” I have a problem since December but I could sell until 7/2/2021 but now listing was blocked due to verification but I cannot send any documents ,support does nothing about it
where to look for help I have run out of ideas
