Late Delivery Metric at 20%

I completely missed 2 orders few days ago. 2 orders out of 10 (within the last 10 days). Now my Late Delivery rate is at 20%…big yellow banner on screen saying risk of deactivation. .should I be worried?

ps. We don’t normally pack and post on Saturday, but today I posted 4 orders, but metrics hasn’t changed. When will it change?

Delivery or dispatch ?
If late dispatch rate it goes over 10 days and 30 days
Are you still getting orders in to water the percentage down?
