Having problems putting my second product on Amazon central.
They say GTIN issue
I own the GS1 GTIN numbers and the brand they sent me below, I sent in the letter of affiliation and they say it is not valid and keep just sending me the same request, please help and going around in circles, anyone else had this??

Despite the fact that the document shows no link between Brand and GTIN Owner, the Proof of Affiliation provided is invalid.
Please find the list of proofs that we consider:
1. Copyright
2. Trademark
3. Legal Agreement
4. Certificates/Letter from GS1
5. Official websites of Brand/Manufacturer which show the affiliation between the Brand & the owner of the barcode 6. Letter of Affiliation. Please check below information on the requirements for a legitimate Letter of Affiliation.
- Letter should clearly call out the affiliation between the Brand and GTIN owner.
- Letter should be issued by brand or parent brand on their letter head (preferably with logo).
- Should include the issuer’s name and contact information (this can also be found in the footer of the letter or indicated in text).
- The letter should clearly state that the brand has given permission for the GTIN Owner to list the products using their own barcodes.
- Should have signature of the brand representative and/or brand seal.
- If the letter is from the licensor/licensee of the Brand, we would require a proof of license between the brand and the issuer of the letter.
- If the Legal Entity (LE) (barcode prefix owner) is the owner of the brand, only then the letter issued by LE can be considered. There should be either a website, Trademark Registration ID or any legal proof to prove that the LE is brand owner/parent brand.
We request that you take this extra step and provide us with all the information needed so that we can ensure you get the correct resolution for your query.
