Letter of authorisation keeps rejecting for same reason

Hi. Can anyone shed some light about this infinite loop? I have been asked to submit letter of authorisation. I am the business owner so everything is under my name.

They keep sending the same reply below. Is there anything gone wrong?

Hello,

We are contacting you as we are unable to validate the status of the signatory of the letter of authorization as a legal representative of the business, due to the reasons listed below.

What happens if I do not send the required documents?
You have a total of 60 days from the day we first contacted you to provide all documentation or information requested to complete the verification. The time that Amazon takes in reviewing and validating the information or documentation provided will not be counted against the 60 days threshold you are given. Failure to provide this on time will lead to your disbursements being disallowed until verification has been completed.
If it has been more than 60 days since we first contacted you, your disbursements may have already been disallowed and will remain temporarily deactivated until the requested information or documentation has been provided and your account has been verified.

Why is this happening?
The document Letter of Authorization you provided did not confirm that the signatory of the letter of authorization registered in Seller Central is a legal representative of the business.

What type of document do I need to provide?
To proceed with your account verification, please provide one of the following:
– An official business document that clearly shows that the signatory of the letter of authorization is either a Legal Representative, Director or Beneficial Owner of the business.

Ensure that the document provided meets all the requirements and that the information in the document matches the information in your Seller Central account.

What are the document requirements?
It is important that the document is easy to read, and meets all the following criteria:

  1. Dated within the last 180 days.
  2. Confirms that the signatory of the letter of authorization is a legal representative of the company as well as their role or job title within the company.
  3. Ensure that the letter of authorization is signed by a director, beneficial owner or trustee of the business.
  4. The document must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, French, Turkish, Polish, Portuguese, Japanese, Hindi, Tamil, Thai and Vietnamese. If the original document is not in a supported language, please provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.
  5. We do not accept screenshots.

Has ANYONE got any information on this? Amazons support is TERRIBLE. All I receive is Invalid Document. And I am following each of the steps as described in their example!
