Listing active but not showing on Amazon page
I have not sold on Amazon for a while and have just listed 4 new items. My inventory shows they are active but they do not show on the Amazon pages amongst those for sale. Have queried it with Amazon and they seem to have got confused and have said that I am not eligible for a Featured Listing - this is not what I want anyway. I am trying to list them as normal listings. Never had issues before.
Any suggestions or ideas?

They presumably mean the Buy box
No buy box eligibility means you either haven’t got a good enough recent sales history or, you are on the individual selling plan
If they are not on sale at all, and you’ve just returned from a spell away, go to settings - account info - going on holidays
If your holiday settings for uk are on, turn them off
If thet reset to on again, that most likely means your bank details, card details or ID needs reverification

Thanks for the advice. Currently in the verification stage now. Would have helped if this had flagged up to me when I was listing my items otherwise I would have thought they were listed and just been waiting.
