Listing Brand Changed

Good morning, one of our listings Brand has been changed and all items description deleted. we contacted amazon and get told we cant change the brand back as it is owned by someone else. We are brand registered Blu Line. the item is B06XDP38W5. is there any simple way of getting it back?

I really do not understand how a brand can be changed, presumably by another seller, especially if you are brand registered.
This seems to be a major issue with Amazon and you are not alone.
