I find seller support absolutely horrific so I was hoping somebody else could help me please?

I’m wondering why my listing does not have the extra info beneath it like others on Amazon usually do? I have to click it and then select myself as a seller? Very strange

It’s because you don’t have the buy box. Listings without a buy box display that way. You are also not eligible for the buy box as you are not on the paid professional selling plan.

As an aside, £16 seems quite a premium price compared to others for a newly listed product.

depending on the size, register for amazon small and light

20cm x 7cm x 1cm and like 20g is £0.60 for shipping
