We listed a product on amazon and the unit count was 1 unit at 100ml. We sell a spray bottle with 100ml of product and all our products have the same volume - 100ml. This was correct for years and we didn't change anything on our listing from our side.
We realised that our one of our products all of a sudden had changed to 120ml (we did not do this), and we tried to change this and save the changes to the listing through "edit listing". The changes were not saving.
We then tried to contact Amazon support and they keep telling us that "the attribute has been claimed by another brand representative". We are the only seller of this product, we are the manufacturer and we are the brand representative. We are brand registered with Amazon.
They are telling us that they cannot change this their side and have contacted the "other" brand representative, but we've not received anything about this either.
We have been back and forth for weeks with over 20 different seller support staff, two support staff told us they had done it and would reflect in 24-48 hours but nothing changes.
HELP! has anyone had this issue fixed?
