Listing removed - urgent help please

Hi our listing was removed due to Product Safety concerns / compliance issue

It’s KITCHEN ITEM - we were selling for last 1 year but suddenly it was removed

So what we should do ?

we submitted DOC , shared FDA report , SGS report that quality is A 1 , shared product photos that has Recyclable logo , Dishwasher safe logo , and Safe for Food logo .

Amazon replied that DOC is incomplete . so can anyone help with DOC for kitchen item made up of stainless steel and Silicon
