Listings not in inventory but showing as active on Amazon

Here is a really strange problem. I turned on our FBM yesterday as we have some products we wish to sell but not send to FBA (haven’t used FBM since pre Covid). Within 30 mins I had a sale come through for a product we used to sell but have not had listed as FBM for over 12 months and has not been available for about that time. I cancelled the order but then looking through our inventory discovered a whole heap of ghost listings for products which we have active FBA listings for and which were now showing on Amazon as both FBA and FBM even though we do not have an FBM listing at all! What the??? I downloaded our complete listing report and none of these appear, I had no way of knowing what was showing as active which we no longer sell so turned off FBM.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Have messaged CS but wish me luck with that one
