Make a case log
Hello,
How can I make a new case log?
I need to contact an Amazon customer service administrator in person,
but I cannot seem to open a new case log.
I found my old case logs, but I cannot open a new one somewhere.
Please help.

You have to go through the Help (Top right hand side of Seller Central) and then click on Contact Us (Middle bottom of popout window).
Work your way through the options until you get to the point where you can type your query
