My IPI score is bugged, it keeps going down no matter how much I improve the 4 metrics. I have been raising cases with Amazon seller support for 7 weeks and they still refuse to acknowledge any issue or help me
Even with 2 metrics on dark green and 2 on green my IPI score continues to fall.
I have raised over 10 cases with Amazon and each time they ignore me or give me a generic bot response where they clearly haven’t looked into the issue.
Because of this score my storage limits have been reduced to an unviable level for my business. Does anyone have any experience with this or a contact in Amazon that will be able to help?

its the sell through rate that has the biggest impact - have you checked your report to see the length of time some items have been there not selling - might be worth removing some slow sellers

As has been mentioned your sell-through rate is the only one of direct importance and so where you should focus.
it is also worth remembering that it can take a while for the score to improve since the calculation includes data up to 90 days old.

Definitely all about the sell through rate…
My IPI is at it’s lowest at the moment as I have been preparing for xmas, and a new brand I brought in (now over 90 days ago) is still slow as it’s a seasonal item I expect to start moving in a couple more weeks. I’ve also planned a black friday sales event on many items but I have to wait 3 more weeks for that, so I am fretting. Before this I was over 500 for a while (not massively but over)
My sell though is shocking at 0.7% (well in the red)
I have one green and 2 yellow
IPI currently 495 - and I’m a bit worried
The sell through is the greatest problem and of course it means we all put stock on sales etc to combat it… or remove or whatever… but that’s the biggy.
I’m hanging on by the skin of my teeth and hope I get through 3 more weeks without being affected… but I think they set your limits for the next 90 days - last time being 1st October… so hopefully I will be okay. I’ll update if I’m not.

I have the same problem. My IPI got absolutely destroyed when the restock limits got introduced.
In the past 4/5 weeks My sell through rate has doubled and my excess stock has halved yet my IPI score continues to drop.

I can’t explain it but you’re not alone, mine has dropped a couple of points per week for the last 3 or 4 weeks. It’s not a problem for me as mine started at 800+ but it’s not just you.
