My Italy account balance will not draw down - HELP
I have been trying to draw down my Italy balance for weeks and it just keeps being carried forward. I have a case which has been open for weeks and Amazon.It just keep saying that their technical department is dealing with it but giving no explanation as to the problem. This is a pathetic situation, very frustrated and can literally ask no-one as if I speak to someone through the Italian Amazon case section they do not help. How am I ever going to have this resolved. I even emailed the Managing Director and sent a message through LinkedIn but to no avail. They can do as they please as they have full control.
Has anyone else suffered this and did it get resolved?

Do you bank with Barclays by any chance? If so probably the only option you will have is to use a different account - you cant update the current one which is certainly a system fault. Seller support were not that helpful in this case, but I finally got to someone who understood.
Barclays changed their IBAN numbers recently although i managed to not realise this, i could see no communication on it.
In any event using a different account may be your only option, otherwise I suspect your issue will kick round for weeks. If you do change you will need to verify with your original IBAN.

Thank you, yes I did see previous posts which said the IBAN number was the cause and to use the old IBAN number which I did and it reset all of my accounts i.e. France, Germany, Spain and Italy!! But even the bank account is confirmed the money will still not draw down?? and the tech dept. are rubbish
