My Listing Has been changed and suppressed - please help?

Hi All,

I am brand registered and trademarked seller.

I exclusively seller a product under said trademark and brand. There are no other sellers on my listing and I sell it exclusively under my own private label. Suddenly yesterday, my product title has been change by someone else - Amazon themselves I am assuming - and it has exceeded the title character limit of 200 and been suppressed, meaning it no longer appears in the search results.

Whats more, I cannot change or modify the title myself any longer from within my seller account! it is appearing changed within my seller central account “title” field, but the listing is still suppressed and not appearing on Amazons search results.

I am loosing sales, ranking and business as a result and it is beyond me how someone else has managed to tweak my product listing and title as a brand registered seller who owns the trademark. My listing has been edited to include fields that none of my competitors do.

I am furious, and as per usually Amazons seller support are providing utterly useless - passing me round departments and refusing to take any responsibility or allow me to call them/get a call back to explain how and why this has happened and how I can rectify it.

Has anybody else ever experience similar issues and have any advice?
