My page won't go live. Please HELP
Hi,
I’m new to Amazon, have set up my seller account, gone through the verification process, uploaded my products and clicked on the box to make active, but still they don’t appear on the Amazon product page. What on earth do I have to do to activate and make them live? I’ve tried in vain to contact Amazon but no one responds to email or their online forms, it’s so frustrating and disappointing. Anyone out there who can help, please do as I’m tearing my hair out and there’s not much left, THANK YOU!

I may have fathomed out why. Can you enter a price less than Amazon’s price for the same product? If the answer is no, then I may have discovered the reason our product is not displayed on the Amazon site, can other sellers please confirm. Do you have to match the Amazon price, or can you offer a product cheaper than the Amazon price?

I’ve had a few listings in the past set as clearance lines to rotate our stock which was priced cheaper than amazon which they then flagged as potential pricing errors.
